Information That We Collect and Share
(a) Contact and Registration Information
By personal information, we mean information that directly identifies you. We collect contact information on our website from visitors and customers who wish to obtain information or support, or to purchase our products. The contact information you will be asked to provide may include first name, last name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address (“Contact Information”). The Contact Information is used to establish an account, provide the requested service or information, and to contact prospective and current customers for purposes of direct marketing of our current and future products and services.
(b) Billing Information
Additionally, payment information may be collected. Bscly stores your Personal Information for only as long as you maintain your membership subscription. In addition to Personal Information, our servers may automatically collect certain anonymous, technical information that does not identify you personally (“Anonymous Data”). Bscly is required to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including for the purpose of meeting national security or law enforcement requirements. We may also disclose personal information to other third parties when compelled to do so by government authorities or required by law or regulation including, but not limited to, in response to court orders and subpoenas.
Cookies and Automatically Collected Information
You may modify your browser preferences to allow you to accept or reject all cookies or to notify you when a cookie is set. If you choose to reject all cookies, you may be unable to use certain areas of the website. Please consult your browser instructions for information on how to modify your choices about cookies. Finally, you may delete any existing cookies manually from the hard drive of your device.
Our website is not directed to children under the age of 13. We adhere to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and will not knowingly register or otherwise collect personal information from any child under the age of 13. We ask that minors under the age of 13 not submit any personal information to us. If you have reason to believe a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at (insert) and request that such information be deleted from our records.
Corrections and Updates
If you want to view, delete, or modify your Personal Information, you may do so by sending an email to email@example.com. Please note that we may be required to keep this information and not delete it (or to keep this information for a certain time, in which case we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such requirements). When we delete any information, it will be deleted from the active database, but may remain in our archives.

Commercial Electronic Message Consent
By providing your email address to Bscly through the website, you affirmatively and expressly consent to receiving commercial emails from us. These emails may provide you with more information about available products you have purchased, and to provide you with updates, special offers, and other information, including but not limited to website updates. You may unsubscribe from these commercial emails by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your California Privacy Rights
Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, a California resident who has provided Personal Information to a business in connection with a business relationship that is primarily for personal, family, or household purposes, and if that business has within the immediately preceding calendar year disclosed such an individual’s Personal Information to a third party and knows or should have known that such third party used the information for its own direct marketing purposes, then that business is obligated to disclose in writing to such individual upon request, what Personal Information was shared and with whom it was shared.

That entity will be responsible for ensuring that your personal information is used only for authorized purposes and persons in a manner consistent with this Policy and applicable law.
Protecting Your Information
You may decline to share your Personal Information with Bscly for direct marketing purposes, by emailing the instructions to firstname.lastname@example.org but please allow us three business days to process your request.
Effective May, 2020
