You will be able to complete your order in September 2020 (we charge $25 (fully refundable) to reserve you a spot, the full price of The Foundation Kit is $235).

Product & Fit

How does Bscly generally fit?

The short answer is: “It generally does.” We’ve cut the pieces in the Foundation Kit with straight, regular proportions—nothing too tight or too drapey. We recommend ordering the size you usually would, then be prepared for a better fit than you expected. You can always consult our Size Chart for more exact measurements.

How should I wash and care for bscly?

We recommend you always keep it cool. Bscly pieces look better longer when they’re washed cold and hung or laid flat to air dry. If you want to use a dryer, we recommend low heat. This lets the fibers and shape of the garment retain their structural integrity, while reducing your energy use. Good for your Kits + Earth. Integrity all around.

Why should I order a Kit?

Because you probably don’t want to leave the house half-dressed. So we put a perfect whole outfit all together, so you know it always goes together. This way, you always know what to reach whenever you don’t want to spend your morning mixing and matching in the closet.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I make a return or exchange?

In a word, easily, and with our full support.

Returns: We accept returns on all unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be credited back to your account within two weeks. Oh, and it’s all free.

Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we’ll process it like a return, issuing you a credit for the returned item and then charge you (using that credit) for the new item. Please note that exchanges are dependent on product availability—we’ll give it to you if we’ve got it, but if it’s out of stock, we’ll both have to wait ‘til the next ship comes in.

How long does a refund or exchange take to process?

Please give your refund/exchange 7-14 days to get back to you. Our Returns Team is located on the east coast, so return travel may take up to 5 business days + 3-4 days for processing (depending on your location). Once our team receives your items, we’ll issue your refund. Exchanges will be sent out as soon as you request them.

How long will it take to process my return?

Your return will be processed within five business days of receipt at our warehouse. As soon as we process your return, you’ll automatically receive a copy of your credit memo at the email address registered with your account. If you have questions about the status of your return, please reach out help@bscly.com.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club debit and credit cards, both online and in our retail shops.
Online orders can also be placed via Apple Pay and PayPal Express Checkout (just remember PayPal enforces a 60-day refund window).

Do I pay for shipping?

Never. We’ve got standard shipping covered, offering free UPS Ground on all orders shipping to the contiguous US.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship everywhere in the contiguous U.S. Yes, we know there’s a bigger world out there, and we’re working on eventually shipping Bscly beyond the borders too. Get on our mailing list for updates if you’re interested.

I have a question about my order. What should I do?

Ask it! Shoot an email over to help@bscly.com. We’re here 8:00am to 7:00pm EST. We’re happy to answer questions about anything bscly, from making an order to changing your order, canceling that order, placing a different order, then shipping that order—you get the picture. We can handle pretty much anything you can throw at us, so don’t be afraid to try.

What are my shipping options?

Orders typically ship from our warehouse within 1-3 business days and arrive within 4-10 business days.

Can bscly ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico?

Due to limitations on air shipping, we are currently unable to send any products to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. Send us an email at help@bscly.com if you have any questions.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Sorry, we don’t.

Manufacturing & Sustainability

Where do you make your Kits?

Currently, we manufacture in Los Angeles and Portugal. When we select stateside and overseas partners, we look for high-quality production standards, thorough compliance to workers’ safety, fair wages and benefits for all employees, and true dedication to minimizing environmental impacts (things like water waste and air emissions).

This shell—it doesn’t look like cardboard. What’s going on there?

Glad you noticed. It’s sugarcane—biodegradable, compostable and eco-friendly. It’s harvested and regrows, fully, every year, capturing more CO2 from the atmosphere. Because it regenerates, it’s a renewable material that will never run out. Sugarcane also does this really cool thing where it helps bring nutrients back to the soil it’s planted on, even depleted pastureland. It’s a material that goes beyond not doing harm—it actually does some good.

How do you ensure Bscly Kits are ethically produced?

Our team visits each factory and mill in person a few times a year to make sure we’re asking enough of our partners (and ourselves) and not demanding too much of the people who actually make it all possible. From start to finish, we want Bscly to have a positive impact on the people who make our Kits, not just the people who wear them. That creates a virtuous cycle that’s fair at every turn—when you put good in, you get good out.

Are your materials/fabrics sustainably sourced?

Always. We work with eco-experts both near and afar to source high-quality, sustainable fabrics that are long on style and light on waste. As we grow and learn, we’ll continue to keep pushing this principle forward—when we see an opportunity to make our Kits more sustainable, we’ll take it.
